Overhead triceps extension ( 8 - 12 reps ) x 8 sets
Biceps concentration ( 10 - 12 reps ) x 8 sets

My Life as an Ectomorph

Every 4 or 5 day in a week, I would do my workout. As a classic hardgainer, thank God everything turn out as planned. 6 month earlier, I used only 6 kg dumbbell. As time passed, I used 10 kg. Now, I'm currently using 11 kg. Hopefully I will raise it to 12 kg and so on.
